چکیده
Compost is an organic fertilizer that utilized for farming to reduce the use of inorganic fertilizer. utilization can improve characteristics soil and microbiology. Experiments were conducted in Environmental Health Laboratory at Surya Mitra Husada Academy Health, Kediri, Regional Kediri City, Biology Soil Brawijaya University May 2017. This study aims discover effects concentration fermentation period rotten fruit cow rumen on quality local microorganisms compost. used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) 2 levels concentration, 150 grams 250 grams. These fermented different periods, 10 days 20 days. The observed parameters biological (bacterial population) chemical (pH, Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P), Potassium (K).and carbon/nitrogen (C/N)). results show periods had significant insignificant values. largest bacterial populations cellulolytic microbes 6.65 x 106 (local microorganisms) 5 (compost). highest pH 3.11 7 temperature was 29.50C compost). (K) 7.26, 0.146, 0.067, 0.409 respectively Local microorganisms, while compost, values 8.47, 0.81, 0.36, 0.81 respectively. (C/N) ratios 86 11

The comparison of digestibility of treated sugarcane tops silage by bacteria or whole microorganisms of Holstein cow and buffalo rumen
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of adding sulfuric acid to sugarcane topssilage on rumen bacteria and whole rumen microorganisms (WRM) and compare the digestibility of sugarcane tops treated with different amount of urea, molasses and sulfuric acid between Holstein cow and Khouzestan buffalo. Regardless of the type of the treatment, potential of gas production (B) by cow WRM (...

متن کاملSymposium: Production Efficiency in the High Producing Cow
During the past decade considerable attention has been given to the concept that the nutrition of the high-producing cow cannot be described adequately by extrapolation of results from low-producing animals. The previous paper (13) described some difficulties in doing an extrapolation of this type for digestive efficiency in the high yielding cow. In this paper we will describe the extent of va...
متن کاملComposting of rice straw with effective microorganisms (EM) and its influence on compost quality
This study aims to assess the effect of EM application on the composting process of rice straw with goat manure and green waste and to evaluate the quality of both compost treatments. There are two treatment piles in this study, in which one pile was applied with EM and another pile without EM. Each treatment was replicated three times with 90 days of composting duration. The parameters for the...
متن کاملDiet, rumen biohydrogenation and nutritional quality of cow and goat milk fat
The potential to modify the milk fatty acid (FA) composition by changing the cow or goat diets is reviewed. Ruminal biohydrogenation (RBH), combined with mammary lipogenic and D-9 desaturation pathways, considerably modifies the profile of dietary FA and thus milk composition. The pasture has major effects by decreasing saturated FA and increasing FA considered as favorable for human health (c9...
